You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and executives to drive AI-powered, data-informed communications, enhance personalization, and improve the digital employee experience across Viva Engage and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience working with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications platforms and content experiences.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
