Job summary

Logicalis is seeking an AI Integration & Automation Developer to design, build, and support AI-enabled automations and integrations for Managed Services. You will translate operational problems into practical automation and AI workflows that reduce manual effort and improve service quality.

The role focuses on hands-on development, testing, and delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and aligning solutions with ITIL and service management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing automations, integrations, scripts, workflows, or application solutions in enterprise or services environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation development using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Experience designing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, LLM-driven processes, AI agents, orchestration patterns, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, human-in-the-loop patterns, guardrails, fallback logic, and production AI use case considerations.
• Experience integrating with ITSM, monitoring/observability, cloud platforms, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, or internal business apps.
• Working knowledge of Managed Services operations, ITIL practices, or service management processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains AI-enabled automations, integrations, and workflow solutions.
• Creates reusable components, connectors, scripts, and patterns for multiple use cases.
• Supports internal AI orchestration capabilities and automation services as part of Managed Services.
• Troubleshoots automation defects and production issues; participates in testing, UAT, and release activities.
