Preferred candidates have 7+ years in technical engineering education, strong English communication, and proven project management skills in a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ADDIE, SAM, and LxD instructional design methodologies.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into usable training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs scalable training programs and certifications aligned with SEMATECH standards.
• Collaborates with R&D, support, and manufacturing to develop training content.
• Develops storyboards, eLearning modules, and instructor-led materials for hardware service topics.
• Manages projects end-to-end including planning, monitoring, and change management.
• Demonstrates independent judgment and drives alignment among stakeholders.
