Noblis, Inc. invites a 2027 summer intern to join the Learning Management and Support Services team, supporting curriculum management for an Intelligence Community client. You will design and develop web-based training and ILT/VILT, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in education or related field.
Strong written, research, and oral communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate with a client.
Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Applications.
Interest in AI applications or AI-driven learning platforms.
Eligibility for security clearance incl. polygraph.

Responsibilities

Assist instructional designers to assess and adjust learning solutions and maintain course materials.
Meet with stakeholders to gather information and apply evidence-based design techniques.
Design synchronous and asynchronous instructional materials and performance support tools.
Explore AI-enabled tools to support curriculum development.
Contribute to pilot projects evaluating AI in instructional design workflows.
Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deliverable deadlines.
