Noblis invites applications for a 2027 summer intern role within the Learning Management and Support Services (LMSS) contract. The intern will join Course Assessments and Data Analytics teams to develop data science strategies across varied data types and applications, aligning efforts with organizational goals.

The program offers hands-on dashboard development, client-facing data consultation, and a final project that impacts the workforce.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.
TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CI polygraph.
GPA of 3.3 or higher.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with demonstrated customer support and collaboration expertise.
Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Experience with basic coding and data visualization: Python, R, JavaScript, Tableau.
Experience with databases and management tools such as SQL and Access.

Responsabilités

Learn cross-functional team interdependencies and implement data strategy.
Use data software to design, implement, and evaluate end-of-course and learning transfer assessments.
Support workforce training data projects by identifying user needs, collecting data, and interpreting results to provide insights.
Report insights to help clients make decisions and find improvement opportunities.
