Job summary

Noblis, Inc. seeks a 2027 summer intern to support our LMSS contract, focusing on curriculum management and the development of web-based and instructor-led trainings. You will design ILT, WBT, and VILT while applying AI tools to boost efficiency and impact, with on-site work at Reston and Springfield most weeks.

The role offers mentorship, client exposure, and leadership development as part of Noblis’ learning and development team, preparing you for a career in IC learning solutions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• GPA 3.3 or higher.
• Pursuing undergrad or grad in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Strong written, research, and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with a client and deliver good customer experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI applications or AI-driven learning platforms.
• Interest in obtaining a clearance including a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional designers in adjusting learning solutions and maintaining courses to standards.
• Regularly meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for course development.
• Design synchronous and asynchronous instructional materials and performance support tools.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to aid curriculum development.
• Contribute to pilots evaluating AI in instructional design workflows.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
