Job summary

Pogo Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Insights Consultant to run research studies for leading consumer brands using the Pogo Platform. You will manage multiple studies, turning client questions into well-designed projects while ensuring high-quality data and actionable insights.

You will work directly with clients to update them on progress, troubleshoot issues, and align on expectations. Collaboration with GTM and Product teams helps refine tools and workflows for scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in market research, ideally at a research agency, panel provider, or in-house consumer insights team.
• Experience designing, programming, and fielding surveys using tools like Qualtrics.
• Ability to manage multiple studies at once, stay organized, and prioritize under pressure.
• Familiarity with research methodologies such as concept testing, pricing research, conjoint, and MaxDiff.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of client research studies, tracking inputs, progress, and deadlines.
• Help clients turn their research questions into well-designed studies and launch them in the Pogo platform.
• Review survey logic, monitor fieldwork, ensure data quality, and validate AI-generated insights.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to share feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and workflows.
• Help build better processes, templates, QA steps, and AI-powered workflows to scale research delivery.
