Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering in a technical field.
• 5+ years leading digital or transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across R&D and innovation groups.
• Drive adoption of digital, data, AI, and process capabilities.
• Partner with leaders to implement new operating models and governance.
• Design change strategies, communications, and adoption plans.
• Establish metrics to measure adoption and impact.
