Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading digital, innovation, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of organizational change, transformation, and adoption methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across R&D and innovation organizations.
• Drive adoption of digital, data, analytics, AI-enabled, and process capabilities.
• Partner with business, technical, and functional leaders to implement new operating models and governance.
• Influence and align stakeholders across a complex global organization to accelerate readiness.
• Design and execute transformation strategies including engagement, communications, and learning.
• Build and enable change champion networks and leadership communities.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure adoption and impact.
• Identify barriers and develop practical solutions to improve engagement and value.
• Coach leaders and project teams to sustain momentum and capability growth.
• Capture, scale, and institutionalize best practices to improve productivity and performance.
