What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, with experience in innovation, R&D, or technology-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading digital, innovation, or business transformation initiatives, with demonstrated success driving enterprise-wide or cross-functional change within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority, leveraging strong communication, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
