Job summary

Numeric, the modern financial data platform for accounting and finance, is hiring an Implementations Manager in the United States. You will own new customer implementations end to end: kickoff, milestone plans, technical configuration and ERP integrations, training the customer’s team, and driving to a go-live where the customer is actually closing in Numeric.

This role sits in our post-sales team as a structured, process-driven, high-impact specialist.

Qualifications

5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the shape of an accounting manager or technical accounting manager who has owned a monthly close.
You've run the process you'll now be re-architecting, and you're credible with controllers and CAOs on day one.
Strong understanding of ERPs and data movement between systems, especially NetSuite, and integrations.
You provide clear, evidence-based guidance and handle pushback with confidence.
Ability to write and run basic SQL queries.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of implementations end to end: kickoff through go-live with milestone plans and defined responsibilities.
Perform the technical work with AI leverage: configure checklists, reconciliations, flux, and ERP integrations.
Train accounting teams from staff to controller on product use and AI-first close.
Develop depth in a product surface (Cash) and ensure robust data feeds and automation.
Ensure clean handoffs to CS with adopted, documented accounts and defined criteria.
Build the playbook, templates, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate timelines.
