Job summary

Accenture is hiring an HR Transformation Senior Manager in the United States, focused on leading HR transformation programs that integrate digital AI-driven solutions and optimized operating models. You will shape strategy, manage client relationships, and drive measurable value for HR functions and employees.

You will oversee delivery across HR domains, collaborate with senior leaders, and advance the use of GenAI and analytics to enhance talent management and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• At least 3 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Experience designing HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing.
• 2 years' experience in the Capital Markets industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior HR stakeholders and guide transformation strategy.
• Develop and implement HR transformation roadmaps blending digital innovations and automation.
• Design operating models, service delivery, and outsourcing strategies for HR.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects on time and within budget.
• Advise on HR technology selection, including AI tools and HRIS implementations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of practitioners.
