Mercer is seeking a Talent to join the Career Consulting team in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC. You will support HR transformation engagements, analyze data, and develop recommendations to improve employee experience and drive business outcomes.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled tools, research, and collaboration with senior team members. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of consulting/HR experience are preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for data and tech.
• Excellent communication to engage diverse audiences and build client relationships.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization/analytics tools a plus.
• Interest in HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, HR process design, or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on HR transformation, including HR process improvement and operating model design.
• Explore AI, automation, and digital platforms to modernize HR operations.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to assess HR challenges and develop recommendations.
• Provide research and analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement across talent management and HR service delivery.
• Contribute to presentations, reports, and recommendations translating analysis into HR solutions.
• Participate in team problem-solving sessions to shape innovative client solutions.
• Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project activities to identify improvement opportunities.
