Job summary

McKesson seeks a Senior HR Enablement Specialist to partner with HRBPs in executing strategic people initiatives across complex business units. You translate HRBP guidance into scalable delivery, enable cyclical HR enterprise processes, and synthesize workforce insights to support organizational design and change activities.

You will analyze Workday data and Power BI dashboards, collaborate with COEs, and leverage AI-enabled HR tools to improve insights and delivery for senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in HR operations or program coordination.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Execute cyclical HR programs for large client groups with minimal guidance.
Lead execution of complex HR processes across matrixed business units.
Prepare insight-driven pre-reads for talent reviews and development discussions.
Coordinate change management and HR product adoption across portfolios.
Run and validate Workday reports and Power BI dashboards.
Shape executive-ready narratives for senior HRBPs and leaders.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance HRBP deliverables.
