Leveraging Ashby and AI-enabled tools, you will improve workflow visibility, candidate experience, and funnel metrics, partnering with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and timelines while maintaining speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven success recruiting for high-volume front line roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring into recurring cohorts, training classes, or class-based start models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers in operational, customer-facing, or fast-fill environments.
• Full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing expertise
• Strong AI fluency and data literacy
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby
• Ability to manage high applicant flow and move candidates efficiently through the funnel
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume front line roles.
• Build, launch, and maintain talent pipelines for monthly starts.
• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-start follow-up.
• Use AI-enabled tools and ATS like Ashby to improve workflow and visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and start dates.
• Drive fast, consistent, quality hiring processes at scale.
• Track funnel health and adjust strategies to fill classes on time.
• Deliver strong candidate experience with clear communication.
