Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced degree and/or PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and delivering against high-visibility milestones.
• Experience launching or GTM motions across product, engineering, marketing, sales, communications, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Client product go-to-market activities, translating strategy into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria, executive checkpoints, and accountable execution.
• Partner with product management, engineering, product marketing, sales, communications, finance, and regional teams to align launch strategy, content, customer engagement, and execution plans.
• Establish and drive a rigorous GTM operating rhythm, including working-team reviews, leadership checkpoints, decision logs, risk management, metrics, and action-item closure.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready executive materials that synthesize program status, market context, key tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
• Support the Client BU office across critical business rhythms, leadership forums, town halls, offsites, partner engagements, and major industry events.
• Champion AI-driven business transformation by identifying high-friction workflows, defining future-state processes, building business cases, and driving solutions from concept through production deployment and adoption.
• Apply AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve GTM planning, executive communications, operational reporting, decision-making, and cross-functional execution, with measurable impact.
• Develop scalable processes, templates, dashboards, and operating mechanisms to improve visibility and accountability across the Client organization.
