Job summary

Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation culture that enables marketing teams to move faster using AI-driven workflows. The GTM Engineer will design agentic processes across campaigns, integrating LLMs, and automating reporting and lead scoring.

You will collaborate with brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events marketing to deploy scalable solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering.
• Experience building workflows across tools and data sources.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with no-code tooling and API integrations.
• Strong written communication and documentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows across the full campaign lifecycle.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for marketing with pilots and rollout.
• Collaborate with Data to create automated cross-channel reporting pipelines.
• Build AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification with the marketing planner.
• Enable marketers to run channel work from AI agents, including paid campaigns and lifecycle setup in HubSpot.
• Create reusable tools and workflows to speed up the team.
