Job summary

ResiHome, the property management division of RESICAP, seeks a Digital Growth Manager in Atlanta. You will own the digital footprint across SEO, social, and campaigns, leveraging an AI-enhanced platform and real-time data to drive growth for a national portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years marketing, data analysis in housing or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving SEO, social, and site performance.
• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and modern marketing tech.
• Strong self-direction and organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ownership mentality and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own graphic and digital design end-to-end for campaigns and branding.
• Set and enforce social media standards and voice across markets.
• Develop organization-level campaigns and community launches, leases, events.
• Leverage AI to improve content, listing optimization, and visibility.
• Manage SEO end-to-end, local search, and content roadmap.
• Review site performance and translate findings into fixes.
• Maintain ILS presence on Zillow, Apartments.com, and broader network.
• Build dynamic reporting at organization and community levels.
• Analyze channel performance and reallocate budget to what works.
• Navigate CRM and build cross-functional workflows for decision-making.
• Lead proactive campaign management and present findings to leadership.
