Job summary

Brillio in Coppell, TX seeks a Growth & Events Marketing Manager to develop and execute AI-led growth campaigns, client experiences, and events that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, events, and AI, requiring hands-on execution across campaigns, experiences, and workflows.

The role will travel regularly for events and client engagements and operate from Brillio's Coppell office five days a week when not traveling, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in growth, event, or digital marketing.
• Experience planning events across multiple formats and sizes.
• Hands-on digital marketing across email, social, web, paid media, analytics, events.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools as part of daily work.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, Influ2).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel; work from Coppell office five days when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute targeted growth campaigns to create engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Partner with sales to identify priority audiences, accounts, buying centers, and growth opportunities.
• Develop campaigns across email, social, web, paid media, events, and other digital channels.
• Translate audience and account intelligence into outreach, messaging, campaigns, and experiences.
• Develop campaign briefs, emails, invitations, landing-page copy, social content, presentations, and assets.
• Track campaign performance and use data to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion.
• Move quickly from idea to execution, testing and refining programs based on performance.
• Plan and execute executive roundtables, client dinners, conferences, and field events.
• Own programs from concept through planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Travel regularly to support events and client engagements.
• Manage timelines, venues, vendors, registrations, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Work with executives, clients, prospects, partners, speakers, and sales teams.
• Develop AI agents/workflows to support audience research, event planning, and reporting.
• Ensure sales follow-up translates into measurable opportunities and pipeline.
