Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth marketing or content marketing with multi-channel ownership.
• Direct experience managing paid search and paid social budgets.
• Proven ownership of organic search performance and AI integration.
• Fluency with the modern marketing stack and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across search and paid social, including budgeting and landing pages.
• Drive organic/search visibility and blog calendar planning.
• Own social content pipeline from ideation to publishing and measurement.
• Build email lifecycle automations: newsletters, nurture, segmentation, scoring, and handoff.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns driven by behavior and intent.
• Create full-funnel attribution and pipeline reporting for leadership.
• Maintain an experiment roadmap with spend optimization.
• Design AI-driven workflows to enhance marketing output.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and Sales on messaging and handoff.
