OpenGov is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to train and assist government customers nationwide. This entry‑level role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and hands‑on growth in OpenGov products with a focus on AI‑assisted solutions.

You will provide omni‑channel support (Phone, Chat, Web, Email) and manage cases from intake to resolution, while collaborating with internal teams and expanding your technical toolkit during a fast‑paced, in‑office schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Data Management and ETLWorks pipeline.
• Experience with API data failures and SQL.
• Experience with CSS coding and AP Invoicing.
• Familiar with Utility Billing, Permitting, Procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer technical support to meet SLA.
• Use Salesforce Service Cloud for case management.
• Assess, prioritize, and resolve or escalate cases.
• Triage incidents by severity and urgency.
• Troubleshoot technologies and document steps.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
• Learn and apply AI tools to service more customers.
