Job summary

Pique, a category-defining wellness company, is hiring a Google Ads & AEO Manager to own the Google account end to end and drive AI-enabled search strategies. You will craft campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and other channels while collaborating with analytics, ecommerce, and creative teams.

This hands-on role reports to the VP of Growth and offers room to grow as AI search evolves. Expect a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Has personally run and scaled a Google Ads account for an ecommerce or DTC brand, making changes directly.
• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience across Performance Max, Shopping, Search, YouTube and Merchant Center.
• Able to demonstrate new-customer growth with clear campaign-by-campaign explanations.
• Experience with AEO or SEO and measuring AI/organic impact on brand search.
• Fluent in conversion tracking with Google Tag, GA4 and tag integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Account end to end: structure, bidding, budgets, feeds, keywords, negatives and audiences.
• Set bid strategies, budgets and pacing to hit new-customer cost targets and reallocate spend as needed.
• Own brand and non-brand search strategies and defend brand terms.
• Monitor the account daily, with weekend checks and coverage when away.
• Lead testing roadmap across bidding, structure, audiences, ad copy and landing pages.
