Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, projects, or related roles in procurement, supply chain, analytics, or engineering.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expected graduation date after August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support category management and strategic sourcing via market research, supplier analysis, benchmarking, and strategy development.
• Assist with cost analysis, should-cost modeling, and market intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal partners to support procurement objectives.
• Analyze sourcing trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics to develop recommendations.
• Support AI adoption initiatives by identifying use cases, developing training resources, and tracking adoption metrics.
