Qualifications

• Five years' experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related area, including proven leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
• Experienced in managing and developing teams spread across various locations and cultures.
• Demonstrated agility and resilience in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Proven skill in guiding and advising c-suite and senior leaders using persuasive strategic stories.
• Experience directing large-scale organizational communications, executive engagement efforts, supplier-facing messaging, and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and influencing skills.
• Business savvy and discernment, with the skill to align communication plans with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Global Procurement's communication strategy and messaging architecture.
• Lead a global team across regions to ensure flawless delivery of communications.
• Prepare executive communications, talking points, and strategic narratives for leadership.
• Drive organizational communications translating priorities into scalable messages.
• Collaborate with Global Communications, Marketing, Government & Public Affairs for consistency.
• Shape messaging for supplier engagement initiatives and major events.
• Provide strategic advice on executive communications and thought leadership.
• Oversee governance of leader communications and messaging cascades.
