Meta is seeking a Global Research Operations Program Manager to build and scale global research programs and processes. You will partner across Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to drive data contracts, renewals, and vendor governance while advancing AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 6+ years in program management with vendor focus, strong data & Excel/Sheets skills, and experience coordinating multi-location teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking; advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete new data contracts and renewals, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, deliver updates, and surface risks and adjustments.
• Work in an AI-native way to integrate AI into workflows and drive adoption.
