Job summary

Voodoo is looking for a data analyst to own analysis of live games, uncover player behaviors, and drive growth opportunities. You will build dashboards and translate insights into actionable recommendations for game design and monetization strategies.

The role requires strong SQL and Python or R skills, experience with large datasets, and a passion for data-driven decision making in a fast-paced live-ops environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytical roles within gaming or tech
• Strong SQL and either Python or R
• Experience with large datasets and data wrangling
• Strong grasp of A/B testing and statistics
• Ability to translate data into product insights and actions
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data

Responsibilities

• Own analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover player behaviors and growth opportunities.
• Lead the development of dashboards and reports to track key metrics across live games.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for game design and roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to embed data-driven decisions.
• Monitor monetization KPIs and drive optimization through experimentation.
