Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Application Development team in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will collaborate with business users to turn prototypes into production-ready applications while applying secure engineering practices.

You will help shape architecture, security, hosting, and performance across enterprise systems, leveraging AI tools like Claude Code and Codex to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET capabilities.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support modern full‑stack apps.
• Build front-end UIs using React and modern JS/TS frameworks.
• Develop APIs, services, and back ends with .NET/C#.
• Integrate enterprise data and systems with secure designs.
• Deploy and host apps in Microsoft Azure.
