Atrium Staffing LLC is assisting a NYC-based startup seeking a Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team. The role focuses on building new products, internal tools, data infrastructure, and AI-powered workflows from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has 2–7 years of software engineering experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js skills, and hands-on AI/LLM development. Startup experience is highly preferred, particularly as an early engineer or founder.

Qualificações

2–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development experience.
Strong React and Node.js experience.
Hands-on AI/LLM development experience.
Experience designing scalable databases and APIs.
Experience building products or systems from the ground up.

Responsabilidades

Build and launch new products, features, and systems from the ground up.
Develop full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Build internal tools and automation that improve business operations.
Develop scalable APIs and data infrastructure.
Apply AI and LLM technologies to real-world workflows.
Build AI-powered agents and automated workflows.
Work with data to create scalable pipelines and insights.
Partner with business teams to understand problems and solutions.
Own projects from idea to production.
Contribute to technical architecture and decisions in a fast-growing startup.
