Qualifications

• 2+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer
• Fluency in an AI-forward SDLC - using LLMs/agents to move fast without sacrificing production-grade quality
• Experience with Go, distributed systems, LLM harnesses, or concurrent/async processing
• Strong fundamentals in software design principles and hands-on delivery

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements including task break-down, delivery, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Consistently generate simple and elegant designs, and write high-quality code that can be easily understood and leveraged by others.
