Job summary

LenderBox, Dallas-based, is building a production platform for lenders with live deals, document processing, and AI-backed pipelines. You will contribute across the stack from React frontend to Python services, shipping features that go live quickly for real loans.

You should have solid experience shipping production web apps with React and Python, and be comfortable across the stack with AI tools daily. Fintech or document-heavy product experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience shipping production web applications with React and Python.
• Comfortable working across the stack without a platform team behind you.
• Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop product features across the stack, including underwriting workflows and document views.
• Build services and APIs connecting extraction output to the product, with reliability and security.
• Improve performance and polish for a fast, production-grade experience.
