Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Software Engineer to design, build, deploy, secure, and continuously improve enterprise software and AI-enabled applications. You will own applications across their lifecycle, collaborating with business stakeholders and a variety of teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• 2–3 years of AI-assisted engineering experience.
• Experience building full-stack applications from concept to production.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python/Java/C#/Go/TS-Node).
• Proficiency in frontend with JavaScript/TypeScript and a framework (React/Angular/Vue).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with relational and non-relational or vector databases.
• Experience integrating large language models or AI services.
• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of containers, IaC, observability, security, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsabilités

• Prototype with users and iterate based on feedback.
• Build applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.

• Balance speed with security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Own delivery and lifecycle of up to three applications.
• Collaborate with security, enterprise architecture, and IT teams.
