Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an AI Full Stack Engineer in Boise, Idaho. You will design, develop, and support modern applications that embed AI as a core capability, combining full stack software engineering with AI-native development practices.

You will build personalized AI assistants, implement MCP-based interoperability, and integrate with AI services to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Strong emphasis on design, deployment, and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building production-grade full stack or backend apps with C#, ASP.NET, Angular, REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 2+ years cloud-native tech, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes deployments.
• 1+ year AI-enabled solutions experience (custom AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, or LLM integrations).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full stack applications across the software lifecycle.
• Build and implement personalized AI assistants to automate workflows and support decision-making.
• Develop integrations using MCP to enable interoperability between AI models, tools, and systems.
• Integrate apps with AI services (LLMs, embeddings, search platforms, RAG) ensuring security and scalability.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
