Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of internship, academic projects, or related software development experience.
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, CE, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with Python, C#, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Understanding of OO design, software architecture, and application design principles.
• Familiarity with web technologies, databases, APIs, version control, and modern dev environments.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and large language models (LLMs) to improve development productivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that improve processes and efficiency.
• Build and integrate AI agents, MCP-enabled apps to support workflows.
• Develop full-stack applications using modern languages, databases, APIs, and web tech.
• Create monitoring, reporting, and analytics to provide system health insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure software and AI workflows.
