The role emphasizes hands‑on financial modeling, KPI development, and executive storytelling, with a focus on driving actions from financial results and linking operating metrics to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years in finance with 3+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Experience producing Board and executive-level financial materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to site leadership, turning results into actionable drivers.
• Own monthly reporting package, KPI dashboards, variance commentary, and risks.
• Lead annual budget and rolling forecast with site and corporate inputs.
• Prepare Board and PE sponsor materials with accurate, coherent storylines.
• Drive FP&A digital transformation using AI, automation, and self-service dashboards.
• Lead scenario analyses and ROI studies for initiatives and new sites.
