Qualifications

• Strong executive communication expertise, independently developing leadership presentations and turning complex analysis into clear narratives.
• Ability to build effective partnerships, influence senior leaders, and navigate cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, distilling complex information for executive audiences.
• Creative and structured approach to problem-solving, able to work through ambiguity.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows with the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Finance partner to Marketing leadership, aligning strategy, priorities, and financial outcomes.
• Develop analyses and scenarios to translate business questions into implications and actions; influence investment priorities and trade-offs.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, close, variance analysis, risks and opportunities; use AI and automation to improve FP&A workflows.
