Job summary

Accenture is seeking a digital finance practitioner to lead FP&A delivery and partner with finance clients in the US. You will translate requirements into solutions, guide a delivery team through design and build, and keep senior stakeholders informed on progress.

Responsibilities include designing agentic FP&A workflows, leading client engagements, and shaping human+machine operating models across EPM platforms, with travel up to 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined consulting or industry experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM.
• At least 2 years leading delivery teams, including assigning work and reviewing output.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agentic FP&A workflows with automated scenario generation.
• Lead delivery workstreams, owning scope, timeline, and client interactions.
• Define human + machine operating models and handoffs.
• Drive driver-based planning, rolling forecasting, and variance analytics on leading EPM platforms.
• Manage a delivery team of three or more practitioners.
