Job summary

LendingOne, LLC, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a data/finance professional who will turn complex financial data into insights, strengthen reporting, and automate workflows. You’ll drive month-end close, improve forecasting, and support capital and accounting processes with AI-enabled tools.

You’ll build reports, analyze variances, and assist with audits, while collaborating across teams to reduce errors and improve efficiency in a fast-growing private lending environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly Capital Market Reports, advising of balances and capital utilization and forecast impacts.
• Review and issue monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports to Warehouse Lenders.
• Prepare reports with Budget vs. Actuals, P&L analysis, and origination performance for management and boards.
• Perform sensitivity analysis on forecast changes and profitability.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting for special projects.
