Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Five+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or related finance role.
• Experience using approved AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making; evaluate AI outputs.
• Proven ability to identify AI use cases, design prompts, and assess outputs before use.
• Experience in financial modeling, planning, forecasting, scenario and variance analysis, exec reporting.
• Advanced Excel and BI data visualization skills; familiarity with SAP/EPM systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power Query, Power BI; data structures and data quality concepts.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and data governance.
• Strong communication; translate analysis into executive insights; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Build financial models and AI-assisted forecasts for revenue, margin, expenses, cash flow, and scenarios.
• Automate recurring reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and management commentary using AI tools.
• Develop prompts and workflows to improve FP&A speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into recommendations.
• Validate AI outputs against approved data sources before business use.
• Prepare business cases and evaluate investments, pricing, cost reduction, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and leadership to improve planning and reporting processes.
• Protect confidential data and follow AI, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
• Present concise financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
