Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to craft Palantir Foundry–powered AI workflows for Army planning at Fort Bragg. You’ll build full‑stack apps, APIs, and AI-enabled tools, working closely with Army personnel, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver practical, secure solutions.

You’ll apply modern software practices, ensure data provenance, and leverage enterprise platforms in a high‑tempo federal environment with a TS clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Four or more years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and React.
• Experience building full‑stack apps, backend services, and APIs.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C#, or other modern backend tech.
• Experience with enterprise data integration and DoD/government customers.
• Active Top Secret clearance and security-conscious development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain operational apps using Palantir Foundry and modern frameworks.
• Build user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrations for operational workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and conversational interfaces for enterprise data access.
• Integrate apps with Foundry Ontology objects and Actions with traceability.
• Apply software engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with operational users and data engineers to refine requirements.
