Job summary

Lorikeet is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to own a portfolio of growth accounts and drive outcomes for Concierge deployments across multiple regulated environments. You’ll coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, set implementation plans, and guide customers from launch through expansion.

You’ll also train customer teams to self-serve improvements, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Product to ship high-impact changes.

Qualifications

2+ years owning customer outcomes in CS, AM, consulting, implementation, product or operations.
Have earned the trust of senior customer leaders and grown those accounts over time.
Have worked at a startup or scale-up and enjoy building the process while you’re running it.

Responsibilities

Lead deployments for your customers, aligning their team and our engineers on priorities and success metrics.
Own a portfolio of growth accounts after launch, including Concierge performance, product usage, retention and account growth.
Investigate where Concierge can improve, build and deploy fixes into production with direction from your FDE.
Teach each customer's team to build, test and improve Concierge on their own, so they get more from it each month.
Find the next use case in each account and build the case for expansion.
Bring Product the problems that matter most, backed by evidence from customers, and follow them until they ship.
