Envision Technology Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in New Jersey to bridge business needs with AI-assisted engineering and automation. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions, agent workflows, and integrations across enterprise systems, applying spec-driven development and SDLC governance.

Qualificações

• Spec-driven development: working knowledge of GitHub Spec Kit or comparable approaches.
• AI/LLMs: practical experience with LLMs and AI coding assistants, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, context handling for large code bases.
• Primary coding language: Python.
• Code comprehension: read and reason about code in client's stack (Java/Spring, .NET, Node.js or Python).
• Code analysis: experience with static analysis or code parsing technologies (AST parsing, dependency analysis, or tools like Tree-sitter, CodeQL, or SonarQube).
• GitHub: experience with GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions.
• Communication: ability to explain technical decisions to engineers and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers to understand business goals, strategy, pain points, and operational needs.
• Design technology solutions, AI/agent workflows, integrations, data requirements, security and risk requirements.
• Build AI agents, copilots, applications, APIs, services, and integrations with enterprise systems, including RAG and orchestration.
• Design, generate and validate AI-generated code and engineering artifacts, and deploy enterprise-grade applications and AI-powered solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI enablement techniques to improve outcomes.
• Customize SDD framework (GitHub SpecKit) to implement or enhance functionality.
• Build code analysis capability to scan codebase using SOD framework.
• Extract user flows, rules, boundaries, error paths, and integration points from code using SDD framework.
• Convert extracted understanding into structured specs using SpecKit workflow.
