Job summary

Jobgether SRL in United States seeks a Senior Product Consultant (Contract) to rapidly assess and enhance a complex product organization. You will help design an AI-native delivery model for cash management and liquidity solutions, establishing an RPD team, operating model, tooling, and workflows for fast, high-impact delivery.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align AI-driven practices, transfer knowledge, and drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Senior product leader with fintech/enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience in fast-paced cross-functional delivery (RPD, RAD, Agile).
• Practical experience using AI tools in a product environment.
• Strong understanding of cash management or liquidity tech.
• Ability to understand complex organizations and deliver results quickly.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing product organization, architecture, and workflows for AI-enabled delivery opportunities.
• Develop understanding of product portfolio and priorities for rapid delivery.
• Design and establish a Rapid Product Design (RPD) team and operating model.
• Create an AI-native product operating model across the product lifecycle.
• Align Product RPD with Engineering RAD and AI principles.
• Promote adoption of AI tools and ways of thinking across teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI practices for product development.
• Transfer knowledge and build internal AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure rapid delivery aligns with business priorities.
