Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• CPA is a plus.
• Experience with large public entities is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams.
• Talent management and development capabilities.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
• Process improvement and innovation mindset.
• Comfort exploring AI tools and responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Oversee accounting for fixed assets, leases, internally developed software, prepaid expenses, expense accruals, and other areas.
• Prepare financial analytics and insights on financial results.
• Provide storylines comparing results with prior periods and forecasts.
• Collaborate with business partners across coworker services, legal, finance, and other functions.
• Collaborate with FP&A to understand expense trends and support forecasting.
• Advance performance management and development of team members.
• Deliver process improvements and promote automation and AI-agent tools.
• Lead the team in developing skills and capabilities.
• Champion AI adoption and guide responsible AI practices.
