Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a finance professional to own the corporate operating model and drive planning, forecasting, and reporting. The role coordinates with department heads to translate inputs into a defendable financial plan and manages cash flow and long-range projections.

Qualifications

• IB experience is required; non-IB candidates will not be considered.
• 2+ years in IB analyst/associate programs or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed
• Ability to build and own a clean three-statement model from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets and auditable models
• Ability to test assumptions and flag issues with implications
• Clear written/verbal communication for senior audiences
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive progress
• Experience in telecommunications or infrastructure coverage is relevant

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate operating model including scenario planning and analysis
• Lead annual operating plan and quarterly reforecasts
• Collaborate with department heads to translate inputs into a defensible plan
• Produce monthly variance analysis and narrative for leadership and boards
• Own cash flow forecasting including 13-week and long-range views
• Support M&A and corporate development activities and due diligence
• Prepare analyses for boards, sponsors, lenders, including debt topics
• Partner with functions on budgets, business cases and returns
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate analysis, modeling, and reporting
• Define how the finance team uses AI tooling
