HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC seeks a Senior Oracle Finance Forward Deployed Engineer to drive an Oracle Cloud Finance transformation for a global financial services client. You will architect multi-agent AI platforms, translate complex finance processes into AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience architecting and delivering Agentic AI in production.
Experience with modern AI/cloud platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience taking AI solutions from discovery through architecture, development, and implementation.
Forward-deployed, client-facing engineering experience translating domain knowledge into AI solutions.
Proven ability to lead live discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with senior stakeholders.
Strong hands-on engineering experience building prototypes or production AI components.

Responsabilités

Architect and develop a multi-agent AI platform supporting finance discovery, requirements gathering, source-to-target mapping, and BRD generation.
Design and implement agent workflows across finance processes including AR, AP, Intercompany, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Product-Based Postings.
Lead discovery sessions with finance, accounting, tax, Oracle configuration, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Design human-in-the-loop workflows that escalate unresolved decisions to SMEs.
Develop mapping methodologies that distinguish between simple mappings and decisions needing stakeholder approval.
Architect reconciliation automation for Fixed Assets conversion and data templates, including SME escalation.
Build hands-on prototypes and production components beyond architecture.
Lead demonstrations with business and Oracle teams to validate AI-generated outputs.
Support knowledge transfer and handoff of the AI platform to the Oracle configuration team.
