Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned transformation leader to drive change across the CFO organization. You will deploy strategic projects, orchestrate AI-powered workflows, and ensure business readiness through simple, repeatable information gathering and accountability practices.

You will design future-state finance workflows, collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders, and develop roadmaps with clear metrics. This role requires strong PM skills and deep understanding of O2C processes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in tech transformation at top-tier companies
• Strong AI and Data & Analytics skillset for scaling project delivery
• Extensive PM skills including system implementations and cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with CPMAI principles
• Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Experience with SAP, SFDC and O2C systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Drive change across the CFO organization and support strategy deployment
• Lead end-to-end execution of finance-wide transformation initiatives using AI and workflow reimagining
• Establish simple, repeatable information gathering and accountability processes
• Design future-state business workflows to create operational efficiencies
• Collaborate with finance, IT, go-to-market and product stakeholders to gather information and drive solutions
• Structure large projects into measurable outcomes and roadmaps
• Develop KPIs, change management, and communication plans; conduct post-implementation reviews
• Create executive-level deliverables such as memos and presentations for decision makers
