Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in finance, accounting, information systems, data science, business analytics, computer science or related field.
• Strong interest in Finance Digital Transformation and AI.
• Basic understanding of business processes or financial operations.
• Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
• Curiosity about automation technologies and workflow design.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global initiatives to improve and standardize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
• Participate in system enhancement projects related to Order Management, Billing & Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Resolution.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of digital solutions.
• Explore and apply Generative AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, Intelligent Document Processing.
• Develop AI-driven productivity solutions for finance operations.
• Support use cases like customer credit assessment, cash flow forecasting, collection prioritization, automated invoice and dispute analysis.
• Use data and AI insights to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve business transparency.
• Translate business challenges into data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, Customer Service, and Business teams across multiple countries and regions.
• Participate in global digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
• Support user training & adoption of new technologies.
