Responsibilities

Support global initiatives to improve and standardize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
Participate in system enhancement projects related to Order Management, Billing & Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Resolution.
Assist with testing, documentation, and deployment of digital solutions.
Explore and apply Generative AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, Intelligent Document Processing.
Develop AI-driven productivity solutions for finance operations.
Support use cases like customer credit assessment, cash flow forecasting, collection prioritization, automated invoice and dispute analysis.
Use data and AI insights to identify business improvement opportunities.
Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to improve business transparency.
Translate business challenges into data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data, Customer Service, and Business teams across multiple countries and regions.
Participate in global digital transformation projects from design through implementation.
Support user training & adoption of new technologies.

In this role, you will help transform and modernize Lenovo's global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies. Preferred Qualifications

Experience building AI applications, chatbots, workflows, or data models.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
