Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such as CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are preferred.

Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
Utilizes analytical rigor to diagnose challenges, solve problems, and inform decisions.
Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
