Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to support enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth, performance, and innovation. The role leverages data analytics and AI to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact.

You will work across departments to design and deliver transformation programs, partnering with leadership to define success metrics and manage risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics is preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis required or equivalent.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs with cross-functional teams.
